First I have been charged Rs. 71.86 ($1) as authorization charges and later Rs. 139.66 ($1.95) as verification charges. As it was mentioned both of these charges are refundable but I haven't received a refund yet.
Great question! These refunds can take up to 30 days to reflect back on your card after you complete the verification process. Hopefully you'll receive the refund soon! 🙂
