Hi
I bought something off Depop - the seller did not post for over a week so I asked her to cancel the transaction and refund me. The refund appeared to be processed and was showing as pending. I then received an email from Paypal to say this refund did not complete. The seller contacted me to say she had been notified that refund had cancelled and that her bank and paypal were going to try again 5 days later? I still dont have my refund 6 days later and no contact from seller. i have tried to start a dispute with paypal however it won't let me as it says i received the funds? I have not received the funds on Paypal or into my bank acccount. What can I do?
thanks in advance
