Recover old account

Hi, I am trying to add a bank account to my profile so I can lift the limits.

Apparently there is an old account linked to my bank and I can't access it.

Surely there is a way to recover this account?

If not, the funds in it will be lost?

I must have made an account and forgot the email and was told on the phone there is no way to recover it unless i remember it.
