Receiving payments in wrong currency / can't use my PP balance to shop

Hi,

 

The last two payments issued to me in EUR have been automatically converted to CZK. Why and how do I stop it from happening?

I have both EUR and CZK as secondary currencies, and the payers assured me that they issued payments in EUR. Payments sent in USD arrive correctly.

 

And my other question:

On my last three purchases, PP only let me use my bank card. The option to use my PP balance (which is sufficient) never appeared onscreen. I did select it as my preferred payment method, and all three merchants, as far as I am concerned, are safe and verified (SDL, goeuro, groundspeak).

 

I emailed support over a week ago and never received an answer.
