Hi there, This is the first time i have sold an item on ebay. As payment options i offered cash on collection or paypal. The buyer opted for paypal. Ive received a message to say i received money but its been put on hold for 21 days?!?! The buyer is due to collect the item in the next 7 days though. How do i know this is not a scam and that the buyer cant take the money back once they’ve collected the item? Thank you for your help.
Thank you, I had read that before. However, what I wasn't sure about was whether the other person can definitely not “withdraw” their payment, once they’ve collected the item. So the money is 100% certainly mine, ill just have to wait a little longer for it?! Please confirm. Thank you.
