Receiving US dollars into U.K. account, can I then transfer to US bank account?

i own a rental property in US. My PayPal account is a UK account as that is where I live.

a guest has paid his deposit to me in US dollars. Can I then move this to my US bank account?

if so what will it cost in fees etc?
