Money was sent on November 8, 2019. PayPal said it would be in my account by november 14, 2019. Still not there. PayPal will tell you they have no control of the process since it is an ACH process and this is how long it takes. Maybe with PayPal, but not with a bank to bank transfer. I've used ACH transfers for amounts up to $300,000 and it took 2 days.
ACH transfers typically take two to three business days to complete. Banks and clearinghouses process ACH payments in batches—they’re all done together instead of being handled individually, first-come-first-served.
