The money receive from a friend is on pending and cant be withdraw . i used to have some transaction on paypal before(more than 5) then i stop using paypal for a while , now a friend of mine from overseas tried to send me money through paypal and this happen. can this problem be resolve ?
See if there is "Add Tracking" button in the transaction details, click it, then select an order status and ask sender to confirm receipt to release funds, or wait up to 21 days for PayPal to release funds.
Otherwise, the payment may be under review by PayPal which may take up to 72 hours, once review is complete, the funds will be released to you.
