Receive money from TikTok

Hi, my stephdaughter have a TicToc account and She would like to witdraw money she have eaerned there and She would like to receive Them trough my paypall account.

When i try to purchase the money i receive a note they say i can not do the transaction and that i mist contact Paypal for help.

Is there someone here that could help me?
