Is there some reason RTS does not work properly with syncing eBay items that have already shipped? This just almost caused me to ship an item twice to the same customer. Additionally, when attempting to mark an item's status as "Order Processed" without a tracking number, you get an error saying "We are experiencing technical difficulties. Sorry for the inconvenience.". This has been going on for years. Are they just ignoring this error? Very annoying as this is basic website functionality that's been broken for as long as I can remember.

If you are experiencing technical difficulties in marking the order as processed, you can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue!
