Hi Paypal-ers, I haven't sold anything on eBay for a long time and recently sold a PS4. This was won by someone abroad who has paid for the extra shipping which i am doing via interparcel. I don't want to send it until the payment has been received into my account. The buyer has paid but it is pending. I've marked it as sent in the hope that the money will come sooner. This makes me look like a bad seller as I've marked it as sent but haven't yet. When will the money be released? Can anyone help?
Are the funds SHOWING in your paypal account but pending? If so then.........
Ebay and Paypal are 2 separate companies and have 2 separate policies for holding funds for 'new sellers'.
If yours was an Ebay transaction then its an Ebay hold and Ebay authorise when paypal can release the funds. Normally for Ebays hold funds are released when tracking shows the item as delivered + 3 days (if you use Ebay / paypal postage).
Thanks. So I haven't provided any tracking info as i haven't processed the postage. I was hoping to use the money from the sale to post it. If it's been marked as sent, will that speed up the payment? Sorry, I'm very new to this.
