Am I correct, between 3-5 business days only then will I know if the transaction I made is complete or not, so if the transaction is declined, it will bounce back to my paypal. I linked my PayPal to my sister’s bank account ( I already unlinked now ) She’s a PNB user, plus the added problem is I unintentionally put wrong bank NAME ( should be PNB not BPI ) and made the transaction through it. My question is, what if there’s a Bpi user, whose his/her account number is the same as my sister’s account, is that mean the money will go into his/her account, and is that possible that she’s a PNB user and yet there’s a user of BPI who has the same account number as her? Have you guys encountered the same problem before
