i just do a fund transfer from my paypal account on january 1st and status was pending, the other day i checked its completed and advise to receive the payment by 2-3 working days from the provider.
i receive an status on january 5, 2019 that the payment has been reversed.
please advise what would be the main problem due to reversal since all my details are correct and bank details also are exactly right.
i just charged Php250 banking charge (for transferring the amount)
