RECEIVING MONEY FROM A MALAYSIAN CREDIT CARD

hello, my question is, is it possible from a person in MALAYSIA specifically, who doesn't have a PayPal account, to send money into my US PayPal account using his/her credit card?

You can create PayPal.me link and share the same to your friend, they no need to have PayPal app to pay you. They just need to click on the link which you have shared an they will get an option to pay you. To create PayPal.me link, go to https://www.paypal.me In order to accept Malaysian currency, you need to add Malaysian currency to your PayPal account. Hope this works.
