Hello everyone!
I have a problem with putting money into account. My mother wanted to send money to my paypal account using her bank account. Her bank is not connected to any paypal account. She send money to IBAN which provided me by paypal when I make transfer from my bank account(which is connected to my paypal account). Paypal told me that money will be returned to my mother's bank account, but she still didn't get them. She sent money on September, now it is already December. Paypal does not respond to my emails and phone calls. What can be solution of this problem?
