Hello. I've made some purchases on steam with Paypal onetouch (bank balance not paypal's) yet it doesn't reflect on my bank account balance?
It's as if I haven't bought anything. Is this normal, what's going on?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
