Hey, so I’ve tried to purchase an item from NFL Europe, the store let me checkout with paypal, it then failed to check out on there website and returned me to the basket. However PayPal have sent the funds and my Balance now reads 00.00 where as before obviously it had sufficient funds. I’ve got an invoice from PayPal and nothing from the payee. I’ve made contact and heard nothing back.
Is transaction marked as pending temporary authorization in your PayPal account activity? If merchant can't claim payment, the held funds will be released in no longer than 30 days with authorizations. You can check with the merchant to see if they can void the authorization otherwise.
