I just made a purchase and had money in my PayPal account. The vendor asked if I wanted to use the cash I had in my account I selected yes. Then it didn't apply the cash and charged my card the full amount. I do I go about resolving this or will it know to use that amount later?
Look at the transaction details...does it say "Paid by PayPal Balance backed by Card XXXX"? If so, once the system determines how much you have in the PayPal balance, will adjust in a few days. If your PayPal balance is not a PayPal Cash account, that maybe the cause:
