Problems with withdrawal

My account was limited for 180 days and when I received an email saying I can withdraw, they're still not letting me have my money. Someone advised me on what to do.

Normally in Kenya you have the options of Equity or Mpesa for funds withdrawal but NOT if your account has been permanently limited.

If it has then the ONLY option is if you have a U.S bank account to withdraw funds to.

This is because paypal allows U.S bank accounts to be linked to most other countries paypal accounts, but I realise its unlikely you may have one.
