Problems with refund

Hello. I received a message about refund but I didn't get the refund. The invoice number is 181030002143278
How can I get the refund?

If you sent a payment through PayPal, and the receiver is saying they processed a refund, you would be able to see this in your account activity and/or the transaction details of the original transaction.

If you do not see a refund reflected here, they did not process one.

I have a message from PayPal. I have the transaction ID. But when I open the link I get "Page not found"

Can you post a copy of the message from PayPal? Also what is the URL for the link it's giving you?
