Dear Paypal Users,
Good day. I was having problems receiving funds in my account on Paypal and I decided to close the account. I had my prepaid VISA card which was linked with the account. I did not unlink my card before closing the account.
After closing the account, I had another account opened and tried to link the same card with the newly created account. I got a message which said the card is linked to another paypal account (the account which I have closed), I should unlink the card from the account before I can use it or I should link the new account with another card.
Please in this case, what can I do to remedy the situation.
