Hi I'm hoping someone can help as I'm getting nowhere when I ring PP and I'm tearing my hair out:( I was able to pay for stuff on eBay and on the travel republic website yesterday, using my PayPal balance. Today, however, I tried to buy stuff again on the same 2 websites and was unable to. I rang pp and was told there is no problem with my pp account at their end and he said once I've linked my debit card to my PP acc it should be fine. I did this but I still can't pay for anything online using PP. I've tried using PP on Argos , travel Rep and eBay but no good. Rang PP the 2nd time and she said there is nothing wrong with it at our end it should be fine...i said but it isnt!!!! She said not to try using PP again today but to wait and try it again tomoro. Had anyone else experienced this and how was it resolved? Thank you
