Problems adding debit card

Hi I'm new to PayPal, and was trying to add in all the information for my card. I did enter in all the information correctly but there seems to be a problem where it says "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." I don't understand why it's doing it, nor do I really appreciate that it's doing that even though I correctly put the information. I did it once yesterday, and several times today. Can I get some help??? PLEASE???
