Hello. I have problem with my pay pal acc. I have acc in Croatia and use it for years. And now I move to Germany and must make new pay pal and add new bank card. So. There is problem. I have Targo Bank card (giro card) and I can't add card because I don't have CSC code on my card and don't have visa or maestro. And I linked bank card. And I can't use it. When I try to pay they said my card is already added and add paymenth method. How I can use my paypal? And my card to pay anything?? Card is checked and added but all the time I need to add paymenth method.
Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
You are supposed to withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts before you leave your old country. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved.
