Problem with withdrawing money

Greetings,

My account is somewhat old and not used that much. I got an email saying I had $500 available, minus a $14.50 fee. The money was sent to me from a company. I'm trying to figure out how to make the withdrawal. I know that sounds silly but i can't seem to figure it out. Please advise. Thanks, Gary
