Problem with withdraw

I'm from Serbia - Europe. I tried to withdraw money from PayPal to my business visa card. The request was accepted, however few days later reversal took place. How should I complete withdraw? Thank You in advance for help

I am sorry about your issue. In Serbia, you may withdraw your money to your credit, debit, or prepaid card or to your US bank account. Please, review if your card is eligible to receive money.
