Hello. I live in Czech Republic and I want to withdraw money from my Paypal account to my card. My card is verified on the PayPal, but when I try to withdraw money it says: "Access to your account is temporarily restricted". I sent all documents to solve this problem 2 weeks ago (normally it takes 3-4 days). I tried to solve this problem with help from support, but when I wrote a massage a had a answer "This email is an automated response, designed to try and answer your questions as quickly as possible." This information can't help me at all. How can I solve this problem? How long I need to wait? Thank you for your advice. Sincerely, Yevgen.
