Problem with money on hold.

I have recently had a client pay for a tattoo by pay pal as she lost her bank card. It's been 5 days now and it's still on hold. It says on my account that I will receive the funds "within one day of delivery" however there is no delivery as this wasn't an actual product. Is there anything I can do to speed this up? Spoke to my client they said the money has been taken of their account.

New seller hold, funds are released when tracking shows the item as delivered to the buyer + 1 day.

HOWEVER as you can't provide tracking for a service then you will probably have to wait the full 21 days.
