how long do I have to wait to switch the card from one paypal to another

Hi @Dino12,
I'm sorry to hear that you've had difficulty adding a card to another account after it's been used on an account. If the card is not able to be added to a new account and you've removed it from the old account, please contact customer service for assistance. Since you'll be discussing a card number, the safest means of contacting is by phone. Click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then Call us. You can call as a guest or login.
