Problem with automatic transfers to the bank account.

Hey there, I have the automatic transfer on and i didn't had any problems in past months but this month i got the email from paypal that they withdraw the money but the money is still on my paypal account and i didn't receive anything on my card. Have you guys had that problem and what you think i should do?

Hi rajmond44, 

 

We have been made aware that some of our customer's automatic transfers did not complete as they normally would. Our technical teams are currently working on this. In the meantime I  would recommend that you consider withdrawing your funds manually.

Thanks for the answer, i conctacted the support team some days ago and they said the same and i withdrew it manually. I hope its gonna get fixed before the next automatic payment, anyway have a nice day and keep up with the good work.
