I recently had some purchases in eBay and my money was on hold for 21 days. after that Paypal sent me an email that my money was available but my account balance in Paypal is still zero without to get my money. I tried to contact Paypal by phone and the customer service didn't help me at all. what can i do to get my money from eBay purchases please?
Go to ebay and click on 'sell' put in anything (as you aren't going to actually list anything) until you get to the main page > scroll down near the bottom and where it says payment methods check the email address that is on that page, is there a spelling mistake or old one?
