Problem when Transfer Money to Card

Hi,

When I try to send the money in my account to my visa, the process fails, and this message appears:

"Sorry about that. We can’t complete this for you right now. You can try again in a minute or two. If you’re still having an issue, let us know."

Note: I always use this card without problems, and the last time I used it was a week ago during the automatic transfer, and now I tried several times and the same error message appears to me.
