I wanted to transfer my money to my friend account. So, I have to verify my (visa) debit card first. But then it told me that my card can't be used and please use another card. I have do some research about this problem. Just to make it clear, I don't have any other account with the debit card and also I wrote the right informations in my account. Besides I dont think I have any problem with my debit card because I always use it and yes, it has plenty of money in it. Hope you can solve this problem Thank you.
