PayPal will not let me link to my Wells Fargo bank account because "the bank is already linked to the maximum number of PayPal accounts." I do not have any other PayPal accounts, and have only previously linked one debit card to this same account. So this apparently does not have anything to do with me or my account - does this really mean PayPal cannot link to any more Wells Fargo bank accounts?
