Problem in currency exchange

In my account negative balance -590 INR Indian rupees but I have 9 USD INR USD balance so how to manage this I am unable to see any option INR to USD Or USD to INR

Thanks for posting your question here and welcome. I understand that you want to convert some of USD balance to INR in order to recover the negative balance. The next link will explain how you can do this.
