Problem in card addition

I had a PayPal account linked with my dabit card which I closed. Now when I try to add the same card to a new account I am not able to do so. Please help me to solve the issue.

You are supposed to remove all bank accounts / cards BEFORE you close an account.

All you can do is contact customer services and see if they can remove it for you.
