Hi there, I am trying to add my Credit card, but this message is pop out every time " There is problem with your Account, Contact us so we can help you". What should I do? Thanks for your help

Hi @Ankit18,
Based on what you've said, it sounds like your account may have a restriction. You can check your account status by visiting the Resolution Center at the top right of the page by clicking the bell icon. There, if you have a restriction, it will explain what information we need to resolve it. I hope this helps!
