Problem With Adding Money

I'm trying to add money from my bank account to my Paypal account to pay an invoice, but it's not letting me. When I try it on the app on my phone, it gives me an error message, but when I try it on the site, it doesn't tell me anything and stays on the page. I don't get any confirmation that the order of moving money into my account will happen, it just stays the same. Can somebody help me quickly so I can pay this invoice? Thanks!

As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
