I have a prepaid card linked to my paypal and Ive used multiple prepaids on paypal before but for some reason this one just wont work? Ive linked it and Unlinked it multiple times it sent me 3 charges to confirm the card and Ive confirmed it 3 times but it still wont work, it says to check visa but I have and theres money on the card what should I do?
