Prepaid MasterCard 4 digit code?

Hi!

I have a Prepaid MasterCard, I was at the bank and they said that for prepaid card is no card statement So I can't get my 4 digit code. I am losing hope I tried everything I don't know what to do.... Is been 5 days Please, I don't want to close my paypal account

Paypal does not accept all prepaid cards, they would need to have a billing address etc.
