Prepaid Cards Not Adding

Hello, so today at like 7:00 PM EDT I was able to add one of my prepaid cards, but when I removed it and tried to add it back it said it declined and try another payment method, but I do not have any other method, could you help me fix this issue?

If you successfully added it why would you remove it again???

You may have to wait at least 72 hours to try and link it again, even if thats possible now.
