I had recently purchased a Prepaid MasterCard. I had put $100 dollars on it to use it with online purchases. I tried linking the card to my account and it said it was declined. I waited a bit because I had this happen before and I waited and tried it again and it linked. I tried again and It didn't work so I created a new account and tried to link it on that one. It linked to the new one but said that it was linked to another account when I tried to send my friend some money. I removed it from the new account and tried putting it on the old account and now it says it's on another account, so I switched back to the new and try and re-add it and now it's saying it's linked to a new account.
