I just changed my preferred credit card to a different registered credit card. I then deactivated my current payment contracts with specific online retail stores. I then tried to pay one of these online store using Paypal but my preferred credit card was not an option. Is there a time delay? Do I have to wait a day before my changes take effect? I have no balance.
