Pre paid visa

Hi there!

Trying to add a prepaid visa to my account, but its not able to add it.

Any suggestions?

Error i get is - 

• Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions.

Because I don't have another card and this is a prepaid visa not much support it.

I was able to add an American Express e-gift card.

You need three pieces of info:

1.  card #

2.  expiration date MM/YY

3.  3-digit security code ; for Amex it is 4-digits

There should have been small pamphlet that came with your VISA gift card.

That pamphlet has the toll-free number you can call.

On the two VISA gift cards I bought at Walmart, the packaging also has a toll-free number you can call.
