I have close to 20 Pre-Paid Credit Cards with varying amounts left of them that I am trying to find a way of combining them all onto one balance so I can use it at my convenience. I tried a few years ago to do this with PayPal but the process was convoluted and I finally gave up in frustration. Is there a clear cut way of doing this in PayPal?
