Poor customer service

PayPal has been keeping my son locked out of his PayPal account. He sold his computer on eBay, the customer paid (Nov 19th) and received my son's computer soon afterwards...smooth transaction. Yet, PayPal won't let him access his own money!!! Called repeatedly, told to wait 72 hours each time! Now on hold for 15 minutes and still waiting!!! Going to file a competing the federal consumer fraud division today!!!!
