I have added my credit card details but i keep seeing this message in my mail "Please verify your debit or credit card to raise your account limits".

What should i do?

Did you confirm the card once added with the 4 digit code?

I am also having this issue. In my case PayPal did not send a confirmation code, and there is NO OPTION AVAILABLE to have another sent. Absolutely outrageous, when you do not give people any process through which to access their money, YOU ARE A THIEF.
