Can someone please help me it seems that I have been issued 2 PayPal cards one several years ago which still has a few dollars on it in one recently which has many dollars on it LOL and the card name numbers are not the same I when I tried using new card with cash on it to purchase something it gives me the balance of the old card I'm so confused I cannot close my account and reopen with new card I figured that would help our work but I can't even close account I'm desperate for some help
