I type my ATM card number instead of my bank account number using withdrawal method I am having the same problem. I needed the money and the sender wants to use paypal and i got no bank acc. So i have no choice to make a bank acc. When i recieved my atm idk which is my acc number so when i linked my bank to paypal. I typed down the 16 number in front if my atm which is my mistake because it was my card number. My real acc number was at the back that has 10 numbers only. I thought the 16 numbers in front were my acc number because in linking my bank acc. It says 1-16 numbers so i really thought the card number was my acc number
