@hello, today recently I tried to link my visa card. I tried 2 times and with the card I withdrawn $ 1.9 twice, but the card did not get attached. I will be able to get this money back and about when?

WAs it a CREDIT visa and if so did you confirm the card with the 4 digit code sent to your card statement after you added it to your paypal account?
Once you have confirmed it with the 4 digit code then x1 deposit will be refunded.
As you won't use the second one then that should time out and be refunded 30 days after sending it.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
